Getting help drawing.

As I've mentioned quite a few times, I really can't draw hair. So I called in the help of a professional in the form of Ruth. She's an incredible artist and I knew that I could count on her for giving me some tips on drawing the evil things required of me.

I thought the conversation was pretty funny so I put that in here along with two images that she drew for me to explain what I need to do.

I'm doing dandy, I was wondering if you could give me some advice about drawing ?

Any PRO TIPS on drawing plaits and curls? I've got to do hair designs and it's making me grumpy..

Plaits are relatively simple, follows a formula
Think of a petal shape, and that's your starting point
I'll illustrate it for you
I'd appreciate it so much.

Are spiral curls similar ?
With curls do you mean ringlet-style curls or just curly hair
Ringlets. Doing period hair.
