Final Design 2

Soooooo, I'm a bit rusty at drawing hair, who would have thought it.
I knew that within all three of my designs I was going to have the following elements:
- Crimped hair
- Half up and Half Down
It was just going to be a case of whatever was happening on top would be changing.

To add a bit of variety to my designs I decided in this one I wouldn't have any padding. I wasn't going to go for the heart look in this one. I want a messy bun. This is actually my day to day hairstyle which I found quite funny.
As there are many videos on YouTube that are about ten to fifteen minutes long explaining how to do something that only takes me approximately nine seconds. I digress, when we had our crimping technical session, we were taught the correct way to back comb hair.
I really liked the idea of backcombing it at the roots to give the bun a bit of height. The underneath would be rick-racked and brushed out. Unlike design one, there would be no curls at the bottom.
Another alteration from design one, is that there will be no Dutch braid at the front. Instead, with the smaller plated crimpers I want the front two sections (my outgrown fringe) crimped and not brushed. I want the pattern of the crimp to be left alone
I really like the parts that are pulled away in this photo which led to me incorporating it into my design.
